Test Metal Part II and Game Update 100!

Now, with well over a week of testing and several updates provided with the feedback received, Episode 36: Metal Part II and Game Update 100 which was also confirmed to release together, seems to be making strides in it’s arrival to Live Server this December! As mentioned prior in Preview: Metal Part II, both Tier 10 “Metal Pt II: Phoenix Cannon” & “ Metal Pt II: Into the Dark Multiverse” 8 Player Raids were added. All Tier 10 contents have just been updated today on Test Server, alongside changes to the Omnipotence Item, new artifacts and [Finisher] abilities getting an update!

Bat God’s Forge Mold Update!

The Bat God style Waist of Omnipotence Bat God’s Forge Mold will now no longer be similar in opening as it initially was to Episode 35: Metal Part I’s Dark Robin’s Gift, but now more akin to Episode 34: Justice League Dark’s Tattered Chaos Lord's Cloak of Omnipotence, but require less catalyst types and not require Elite content to be run or CR requirements.

Now required are several amounts of 3 types of catalysts and Dark Metal Ingots which function similarly to Nth Metal/Exobytes to provide XP and drops from specific content of this Episode or the vendor, but will not drop from the Event version. Dropped catalysts/ingots can be traded while purchased ones cannot. They drop more than OP collections (Metal Part II’s are removed along with feats).

"Heavyweight Champion of the Multiverse" feat now provides a 50% discount to buy the vendor catalysts (feat unlock to discount on alt characters.)

[Finisher] Updates!

GOAL: Allow finishers to become a viable alternative for players without needing specific artifacts, and maintain finishers' niche, but close the gap between the damage done above and below 35% target health.

Changes: Most finishers will see a 75% or more damage buff across the board while damaging targets above 35% health. (Much better damage when not "finishing" the target.) Also, most finishers will see a 20% or more damage buff across the board while damaging targets below 35% health. (Better damage even when "finishing" the target.)

Overall the changes are simply to make [Finisher] abilities more viable than what they are rather than making them the must-have power, but to also work with various Artifact builds.

Exceptions: Eviscerating Chain for Rage, Light Blast for Hard Light, and Impaling Thorns for Nature have a different niche, for which we've accounted for. For Nature and Hard Light, they will receive buffs as well, however, since they have AoE components, the buff won't be as big (approximately a 25% buff). Rage will also see a damage increase, however a larger portion of their damage will be back loaded into their combo attack off of Eviscerating Chain.
