From Thursday, July, 8 - Wednesday, July 14, 2021 Artifact catalysts will have a chance to drop in instanced (On Duty) content in Episodes 31-40. Additionally, Augment catalysts will have a chance to drop in instanced content from Episodes 34-40.

Once you collect the catalysts you require to breakthrough, use this gift of a free Unstable Seal of Completion! Seals of Completion guarantee that an Artifact Breakthrough will succeed, no matter the rank or chances. This seal is unstable, though, and will decay after 7 days.
DCUO SOURCE WALL PRO-TIP: It would be best to claim the Unstable Seal of Completion on the last possible day due to having a 7 day timer limit! Also if possible, it is best to use on any Artifact at Breakthrough Rank 120 or Adaptive Augment at Rank 23 if you have either within that 7 day time frame!
