In the Wonderverse, five versions of Themyscira are being melded into one, so it is only logical to except there to be at least five Wonder Women from the different Paradise Islands they hail from. DC Universe Online has unveiled all of them over the course of last week, one each day, two we are familiar with while the other three are brand new to our universe!

DCUO’s Wonder Woman from our Universe is the first pictured which we have gone through various adventures with already all over the universe, and soon the Wonderverse!

Flashpoint Universe Timeline’s Wonder Woman is a direct result of The Flash running back in time to save his mother, causing ripples in time which created this version of Diana. In this timeline, she is the Queen of the Amazons following the death of her mother Hippolyta upon her political marriage to Emperor Aquaman, apparently by the hands of Garth, but was actually orchestrated by her aunt Penthesilea and Aquaman’s half-brother Orm who were in a relationship, unbeknownst to Diana. After finding Aquaman had married Mera, she kills her in retribution, while a war wages on in Europe with the United Kingdom being under Amazonian control as New Themyscira. Only later on she discovers of her aunt and Orm’s relationship and tries to convey what actually happened to Aquaman, to no avail. Her style also seems to be having a full set of gear, which may mean we will see her gear appear either in the Episode, or possibly a Flashpoint Time Capsule!

Earth 23’s Wonder Woman, Nubia, the only Wonder Woman of the five that is not an alternate version of Diana but rather originally the long-lost twin sister of Diana, whom was kidnapped by Ares and raised to defeat the Amazons but eventually are able to become friends, being the second person to ever have the title of Wonder Woman. After the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths, however, another version of Nu’Bia reappeared who did not have much to do with her original appearance. After the events of Flashpoint, however, the Earth 23 version of Wonder Woman became known, she is Nubia, one of the Wonder Women of Amazonia, and is a part of her Earth’s version of the Justice League!

DC Bombshells Universe Timeline’s Wonder Woman is the only other familiar Diana we know of. Originally in her universe upon saving Steve Trevor from dying in her land, her best friend Princess Mera of Atlantis aided her in breaking him out and joined the United States in World War II. She is also featured prominently in the Bombshells Paradox raid & in a small portion of Age of Justice when our universes collided with one another!

Earth 30’s Wonder Woman is from the continuity of Superman: Red Son, seemingly earlier in her timeline than of the events that occurred, where she was considered to also engage in political marriage to the titled Soviet Superman as the two heroes ideals seemed to align upon their initial meeting. Both opt rather to be friends as they understood each other having much to live up to for their own lands. After the Batman of Earth 30 used her to capture Superman, her friend pleaded her to break her own Lasso of Truth, which Batman had restrained her with, causing her to age considerably and requiring assistance from others, that turned what attraction she had for Superman into hatred, eventually becoming Queen of Themyscira and siding with President Lex Luthor against the Red Son, however this version of her seems to be from before her encounter with Batman.

The dynamic between this potential team of Wonder Women seem interesting, with our Wonder Woman, Earth 23’s and DC Bombshell’s versions fighting with love and fiercely for the good of all, whereas Flashpoint and Earth 30’s versions had gone through darker plots that made their ideals be set to only protect Themyscira alone, it remains to be seen how all of them will work together if they plan to combat Darkseid, Grail and whatever else awaiting them.
Important to note, we do not see the Age of Justice’s (AoJ) Universe Timeline version of Wonder Woman, Hippolyta the Queen of Themyscira, who in these other universes were Diana’s mothers, nor do we see Superwoman of Earth 3 who was an evil combination of both Wonder Woman and Lois Lane. Hopefully AoJ’s Wonder Woman will make an appearance as well as our version of Hippolyta as well!
