GU87 includes a streamlined process of getting Tactical Mods, Scaling Gear Boxes for those in CR Relevancy 30-160, Scaling XP for Leveling characters in Episode Preview Event content, and an overall NPC stats update to match current Artifact levels.
The Witching Hour 2018 brings some brand new styles we have never seen before in game, including a chest style that makes you headless, a feat to find Batwoman in 13 different spots in Gotham, many new base items, and a Dog Boo base pet!
We also received confirmation that The Witching Hour will launch on live servers October 1st 2018.
