Marketplace Artifact Ranking Caveat Emptor 2019

A helpful Guide to show just how much it would be to rank up an artifact from 1-200 with Marketplace Items ONLY, assuming no crits, and only using 4 Seals of Completion (SoC) at the last 4 Breakthroughs. Caveat Emptor means “let the buyer beware”, as this guide is solely to inform you on how much it would require to rank your Artifact to max, with the aforementioned requirements. Individual values of Marketplace XP:

Reinforced Nth Metal: 12,500 XP
Perfected Nth Metal: 75,000 XP
Artifact Starter Pack: 40,000 XP

The Seals of Completion (SoC) are best used after Ranks 100 due to the low Percentage of Success from these Ranks. We hope this guide provides you with enough information to make your choice whether to spend money to level your Artifacts using the marketplace Items available or grind it out in-game. You can of course mix it up and we cannot stress enough using Seals of Completion for Ranks 100+ during the Breakthrough process. If you wish to grind out the Marks of Victories again when a failure happens it is completely understandable and is your respected choice as a player. This guide isn’t meant to start any Pay-to-win statements. This is only meant to be a helpful guide to those who wish to use the Marketplace as an avenue to level their Artifacts. We wanted this information available to those players who had thought so we provided the information for them.

As outlined the best course of action if one wanted to go solely through Marketplace would be using Perfected Artifact XP Packs, but always ideal to utilize what’s given in game, especially what drops from the Stabilizer Event & Vault, in tandem for savings where and when you can. Like all things, it’s been the time you put in the game vs money, and with it expected to take a few months to get to 160, that’s why the cost seems to be quite high.
